Once this proposal is accepted
Once this proposal is signed/accepted, it becomes a contract between Marketer and Client.

Search Engine Optimization Setup Deliverables - $900
This would be done over a course of 6 months in order to keep organic SEO as is. After six weeks, work on fiften pages per month until all 90+ pages are optimized. This will allow for the SEO to be done over time as to not "alarm" Google and other search engines in thinking the site is spamming search engines.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a method of using specific techniques to optimize web sites for search engines. Part of this method is using your keywords (usually products / services) to help increase the visibility of your web site in organic (non-paid) search results. This in turn helps to bring more traffic to your web site.

While SEO helps to give a web site a solid foundation with increased ranking benefits in searches, there are no guarantees for high rankings. Google states: “No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.” https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35291?hl=en
Google and other search engines give personalized search results that are contingent on the searcher’s past search history, if they are logged into the search engine, location, IP address, the device used and other factors. Therefore, different search results displayed could vary.

Post live site updates incur additional charges.
Theme customization limited to theme’s customization options. Any changes to the WordPress theme are limited to the functionality of what the theme provides in its customization section.
Revisions
One (1) round of revisions provided
Layout/Design
Client will be provided a link to preview the home page and one internal page of website created by Marketer. Once Client has viewed these pages, Client has one round of revisions to the design, layout and style of the website. First round of revisions will be completed at one time. Once approval is provided, additional pages will be setup.
Content / Photos
One round of changes to the content (provided by Client) is provided in this proposal and is to be provided all at one time by Client to Marketer. Content changes must be emailed as a revised document that includes the changes. NOTE: do not send changes as "change this on paragraph 2, line 3".
The one round of revisions included in this proposal does not include adding additional photos nor additional content than what was originally provided to Marketer by Client.
Additional Revisions
If additional revisions are requested after the 1st round is completed it will be considered additional rounds of revisions which will be an additional cost to Client.
Out of Scope Work
Any additional work requested that is not covered in this proposal will require a separate proposal or work order change, with payment for additional work made at the time of the accepted proposal or work order change.
Policies & Statements
General Data Protection Regulation
GDPR is a new privacy protection policy which went into effect May 25, 2018. GDPR was enacted to protect Europeans online personal identifiable information (PII). Although Client may not have European clients, a European may visit Client’s web site and thereby have their PII collected thru the use of “cookies” on Client’s web site. If Client’s site utilizes Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc then Client’s web site is collecting PII. Fines for non-compliance can be extremely high.
Marketer will purchase and implement a Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Terms & Conditions and a Disclaimer on Client’s web site.
Marketer highly recommends Client seek legal advise on what would be required for their web site for GDPR compliance.
Note: protecting site visitors’ privacy is something that should be taken seriously no matter where Client is located.
Backend Maintenance Management Plan
Backend maintenance management plan is to review the backend of Client’s web site’s back end along with basic fixes. Website maintenance refers to the tasks required to keep your website functioning properly and up to date. It involves regularly checking your website for issues and correcting basic issues.
Although usually unlikely from happening, any major issues will be reported to you with a time and price estimate for your approval. A major issue constitutes a fix that takes more than thirty minutes and/or requires a programmer to resolve.
Project Timelines
Dependent on Client providing Marketer with needed information prior to timelines below, project may be completed earlier than shown below.
NOTE: Timelines listed below are for the benefit of both Client and Marketer.

Client approves proposal. One-half (1/2) deposit is due (if Project is less than $1000, full amount is due) within seventy-two (72) hours of accepting this proposal. Unless other arrangement has been made by Client with Marketer regarding the deposit, this proposal / contact is null and void. |
Week 4 |
Within four (4) weeks of accepting this proposal Client is to provide Marketer with all requested information such as content information, graphics, logos, logins (i.e. domain register, current web site login, Facebook login, Google account, etc.) and photos to be used for web site. NOTE: CONTENT PROVIDED SHOULD BE ORIGINAL CONTENT THAT IS NOT COPIED FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE - THIS MAY BE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT! DOING THIS WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE ORIGINAL CONTENT WRITER MAY RESULT IN FINES AND/OR SEARCH ENGINES MY PENALIZE YOUR WEBSITE FOR USING DUPLICATE CONTENT. Unless other arrangement has been made by Client with Marketer, failure to provide above requested information results in Client forfeiting payment deposit and this proposal / contract becomes null and void. |
Week 6 |
Within two (2) weeks of Marketer receiving information listed above from Client, Marketer will send Client a link to the web site for determining desired revisions. One-half of payment balance is due at the end of week 6. |
Week 8 |
Within two (2) weeks of Marketer sending the web site link for Client to review, Client is to provide Marketer will all requested revisions. If revisions are not received with the two (2) weeks of Client receiving the link to preview the web site to provide Marketer with requested changes, the balance of the project becomes due immediately. |
Week 10 |
Within two (2) weeks of receiving Client's requested revisions, Marketer will implement the requested revisions. |
Week 12 |
Balance due upon completion of project OR twelve (12) weeks of approval date of proposal – whichever occurs first. Web site becomes live. |
Web Site Completion
Web site will be completed by Marketer within twelve (12) weeks of Client accepting this proposal, provided Client provides Marketer with content, photos, logos, logins, etc within six (6) weeks of proposal acceptance.
Web Site Live Delays
Delays by Client that cause the web site to go beyond twelve (12) weeks will result in the balance for the final payment to become due at that time. Website at that time may go into archive mode with an unarchiving fee of $300 fee.
By the end end of six (6) months from date of accepting this proposal, delays by Client forfeits any payments made to Marketer with this proposal becoming null and void with no further work performed on web site by Marketer.
Payments
Payment deposit is due within 72 hours of accepting this proposal. Failure to provide deposit within this time frame will render this proposal null and void.
- Week 6: one-half (1/2) of balance is due.
- Week 12: remaining balance due upon completion of project OR twelve (12) weeks of approval date of proposal – whichever occurs first.)
Setup charges along with first month for any ongoing fees are to be paid upon signing of your proposal and allows us to get straight on with Client's project(s) (in-line with aspects outlined in the Deliverables and Terms & Conditions page).
Purchases
Items purchased by Marketer at the request of the Client, such as fonts, photos, photography, etc., will be billed to Client.
Web Hosting+thru third party provider
Includes SSL, daily backups, web site security and more.
Monthly web hosting fees (provided thru Tekhead, LLC) start when the site goes live or twelve (12) weeks from hosting setup date, whichever occurs first.
If email accounts on the server are setup prior website going live, payment for hosting services starts when email accounts are setup.

Web hosting is required for any website as this provides space on a web server to host Client's web site. Non-payment of web hosting results in suspension of web site.
If at any time if Client changes their web hosting provider Client is responsible for advising Tekhead of the web site move for hosting to be canceled.
Needed from Client - will request from Wide Web Marketing / Comit
After this proposal is accepted, Marketer will need the following from Client:
- Logo - preferably as vector format.
- Content
- Content is to be sent electronically as text and not as jpg, png, tiff or bmp files. PDF is acceptable if the pdf was created from a text file and not scanned as an image.
- Content should be sent to Marketer with correct spellings, punctuation, desired letter case (upper or lower case), etc.
- Content should be owned by Client, written for Client or has permission to use the content from the owner. Failure to do this could result in fine(s) from original content owner.
- Contact Info
- business name, address, telephone, email address to be listed as contact information on website.
- Photos/Images
- Photos and images are to be sent as separate files as attachments in email. Photos and images are not to be sent in a document, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
- Any photos/images should be the property of Client or has permission to use photos/images from respective owners. Failure to do this could result in fine(s) from respective owners.
- Domain registrant login (i.e. GoDaddy.com, Register.com, etc).
- Logins/Access for any social media platforms, if social media marketing is choosen.
